“Flegga” dry mizithra cheese is a whey cheese made from goat/ sheep milk.
It is produced without any enrichment (milk or milk cream) so it is ideal cheese for low fat diets, because they have no fat, but milk proteins retain.

Its texture is hard and its taste, is salty.
