In our creamery, we work with respect on the product quality and passion, in order to create distinct flavors that will satisfy even the most demanding client.
Inspired by the traditional recipes of the past, we produce our products: cheese, yogurt, butter, milk cream, kasseri cheese, kefir milk, by maintaining the traditional secrets that ensure high quality and unique taste.
All the production stages represent our values:
- the careful collection of the raw material,
- and the art of traditional cheese-making,
- up to ripening.
Our pledge to quality is demonstrated by the FSSC – ISO 22000: 2005 (HACCP) system and our products are considered the benchmark of the Greek cheese industry.
All P.D.O products are certified by AGROCERT, state organization for the certification and inspection of agricultural products, while, our organic products are certified by Cosmocert, the leader organization for the inspection and certification of organic production. We will continue to focus on these targets through the professional upgrade of our human resources.
Our creamery supply our stores in Volos, where you will find all of our cheeses and dairy products along with fine small Greek producers’ products, as well as some selected stores in Greece and abroad.
