“Flegga” yogurt is a traditional Greek product, produced by pasteurized sheep milk.
It is available in tubs of 300gr in three different versions as regards fat: 6,5%, 2% and 0%.
It is also available in clay packaging.
There is also goat yogurt with 4% fat.

Strained yogurt is produced by sheep yogurt strained and drained in cloth bags for 24 hours.
Tips: It is the main ingredient for the famous tzatziki with garlic cucumber and Greek olive oil.

The name “Flegga” draws its origin from the mountain top Flegga, situated in the heart of the National Reserve of picturesque Valia Calda in south Pindos mountain range.
