The “Flegga” feta matures in its natural brine in wooden barrels. The final product is a high quality cheese with a slightly sour taste and rich aroma.
The structure of feta made in barrels is compact and easily to cut into serving portions.
You can order small size packages, or 30 or 60kg barrels.
