“Flegga” mizithra and giza cheeses are whey cheeses made from goat/ sheep milk.
They are produced without any enrichment (milk or milk cream) so they are ideal cheeses for low fat diets, because they have no fat, but milk proteins retain. Plus, they are without any preservatives.
They are soft cheeses with slightly salty taste.
