“Flegga” semi – fat / semi – Hard cheese is produced in exactly the same way with kasseri cheese, only that the milk is semi – skimmed sheep milk.

The taste is similar to that of the original kasseri cheese but it distinctively differentiates from the rest semi-hard cheeses in retail market.
