Pilioritiko “Flegga” (galotyri type), is a soft cheese with a creamy texture, without skin, with a sour, pleasant, cool taste and aroma.
It is produced from a mixture of sheep’s milk and yogurt, which is drained in cloth bags in the traditional way.
The process is completed with the addition of whole pieces of Feta “Flegga” PDO and Pilioritiko is ready to taste!
Tips: Pilioritiko is a perfect accompaniment to grilled meats! Alternatively, you can try cherry tomatoes stuffed with Pilioritiko “Flegga”.
