The “Flegga” goat/sheep cheese with less 50% of fat is a white cheese, with creamy texture and light aroma, produced from 100% pasteurized, skimmed, fresh milk with less than 12% of fat.
Skimming is by mechanical automated means and does not affect the rest of the milk ingredients.
Available in a wide variety of packages similar to those of the wedge.
