“Flegga” goat cheese is a white cheese, made by pasteurized Greek goat milk with rich and creamy taste.
It is produced according to the old fashioned way and it is strained in the tsantila (the cloth).
Goat cheese, is consumed as appetizer, side dish and as a traditional Greek pie filling.
Tips: “Flegga” goat cheese is combined with an Assyrtiko wine from Santorini with a citrus aroma and rich flavor, in order to release the saltiness and the fine features of our goat cheese.
