With taste, texture and aroma that varies depending on the ripening time, our high quality feta has a compact structure and is easily cut, without being rubbed.

“Flegga” feta is the traditional Greek cheese produced from 100% fresh pasteurized goat’s and sheep’s milk (30:70). It is a soft, white cheese and it is registered as a Protected Designation of Origin (P.D.O).
